AscendQ Indexing Hub
The internal tool that makes sure every page we build gets found — indexed, monitored, and reported, automatically.
What is the AscendQ Indexing Hub?
The AscendQ Indexing Hub is an internal web application built and operated by AscendQ. It exists for one purpose: to ensure the websites we build and manage for our clients are properly indexed by search engines and to keep their owners informed with honest, automated reporting. It is used exclusively by AscendQ staff — it is not a public product, and access is restricted by private token.
Index coverage monitoring
The Hub reads each managed website's sitemap and checks, page by page, whether Google has actually indexed it — using the Google Search Console URL Inspection API. Pages that are missing from the index are identified along with the reason.
Smart, quota-aware submission
Only pages confirmed as NOT indexed are submitted for indexing — via the Google Indexing API and the Bing Webmaster API. Already-indexed pages are never resubmitted, protecting each site's crawl reputation.
Automated owner reports
Every site owner receives an automated email report: index coverage, exactly which pages were submitted where, errors needing attention, and organic search performance — top queries with clicks, impressions and average position from the Search Console Search Analytics API.
Keyword insight (read-only)
To make reports more useful, the Hub retrieves average monthly search volume and related keyword ideas from the Google Ads Keyword Planner (KeywordPlanIdeaService) — strictly read-only. The Hub does not create, manage, or report on advertising campaigns of any kind.
How the Hub uses Google user data
The Hub connects to Google APIs through a single authorized AscendQ Google account using OAuth 2.0. It accesses Search Console data (index status, search analytics), the Indexing API (to request indexing of missing pages), and read-only Keyword Planner metrics. This data is used solely to generate the monitoring and reports described on this page for websites managed by AscendQ. It is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising. The Hub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
