Westport Manor is an exquisite luxury property in St. John’s, Newfoundland — a multi-suite boutique inn and top-rated Airbnb stay hosted by a Superhost of 8+ years, complete with a heated swim spa, private entertaining grounds, and a setting perfect for weddings and getaways.

The brief was to give a property this special a website that finally matched it: something elegant, immersive, and effortless to navigate, that makes a guest want to book the moment they land.

The Challenge

• A stunning, high-end property was relying mostly on third-party listings, with no website that did the experience justice.
• The site had to feel as refined and premium as the suites themselves — and load fast with large, beautiful imagery.
• Guests needed an obvious, frictionless path from browsing the suites to making a reservation.

Our Approach

• Designed an elegant, image-led experience that lets the property’s photography carry the luxury feel.
• Built clear suite and amenity pages — Study Suite, Grand Master Suite, Garden View Suite, private retreat grounds — each with its own page to explore.
• Foregrounded the social proof that matters: Superhost status, guest testimonials, and the Airbnb rating, with a persistent “Reservations” call to action.
• Engineered a fast, mobile-first build so the rich imagery loads quickly on any device.

The Result

• Mobile Lighthouse performance: 61 on the old WordPress build → 98 on the AscendQ rebuild
• First paint dropped from 4.2 seconds to under one second on mobile
• Forms removed entirely — replaced with direct Airbnb booking links (no more spam, no lost enquiries)
• A local SEO content hub: 15 guide pages covering Signal Hill, Cape Spear, Fort Amherst, George Street, and where to stay in St. John’s
• A clear, friction-free path from browsing suites to booking
